Dog Tag License
2024 Dog Tags are available. Stop in to City Hall to get your dog licensed. Cost is $5 in January and February and then goes up to $15 for the remainder of the year. We must have up-to-date rabies vaccination records for your dog.

Golf Cart / ATV Permit
Golf cart and ATV permits are available for 2022. Please complete the form below to apply for your permit. If your vehicle already has a plate/number issued by the DOT or DNR, please put that number on the "plate number" line and there will be no fee for your City permit. Golf carts, ATVs, side-by-sides, and the like, that do not have a State issued plate or plate number will be issued a plate by the City and the one-time cost is $15.
