Regular city council meetings are held the first Monday after the first Sunday and two weeks later on Monday evenings beginning at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall. You must notify the City Clerk by the Thursday preceding a regular council meeting to be placed on the agenda.
Request to be on the agenda:
To place an item on the City Council agenda, contact City Hall at 507-662-5457 or via email clerk@lakefieldmn.com. We need to be notified by 4:00 the Thursday before the meeting date for placement on the agenda.
Include the following information:
- Your Name
- Topic of discussion
- Documents you wish shared with the council
If you wish to speak to the council without an official agenda item, you can come to the meeting and address the council under the Scheduled/Unscheduled Guests section of the agenda. Just check in with the Clerk before the meeting begins.
