Small Cities Development Program (SCDP)

This is where you will find all of the latest information on the current SCDP program happing in Lakefield.

Applications for the program can be picked up at City Hall. Applications will be ranked based on a first-come, first-served basis.  There are only 20 residential spots and 8 commercial spots available in the program so be sure to get your applications completed as soon as possible. In the first 60 days (beginning 1-25-2022), priority will be given to those that completed the survey.
